**Additional Information about Cacao:

Keith's Cacao contains theobromine, a gentle cardiovascular stimulant that can increase mental alertness and concentration, perfect for healing and transformational work. It is a nutrient-dense superfood known for its rich antioxidants and heart-opening properties.

For in person ceremonies I offer up to 42g (or 1.5oz) of prepared cacao - this is known as a ceremonial or high dose. PLEASE be mindful of your tolerance and consume at your own pace. If you tend to be sensitive, start off with a smaller dose and increase slowly. Keith's Cacao is a powerful psychoactive plant medicine. **Please reach out with questions.

>Avoid caffeine intake for 6 hours before (and after) as it can be overstimulating

>No mind-altering substances the day of ceremony: alcohol, marijuana, psychedelics, etc.

>Avoid dairy products on the day of the ceremony, as they counteract the benefits of cacao and can cause stomach aches

>Fast 2-3 hours prior to ceremony for an optimal experience. Listen to your body. For low blood sugar eat whole foods or bring a snack. We will   have some nuts and fruit available, but feel free to bring a snack for yourself. Cacao itself is quite filling.
